Our client, a dynamic Medtech company with start-up operations based in Galway, have a number of incredibly new innovative products coming through development which to wish to transition to commercial manufacturing. To enable commercial manufacturing, this company now seeks to hire a number of high calibre experienced individuals for a number of key roles. These roles represent attractive opportunities for suitable candidates who are looking for career progression, to grow with ensuing product lifecycle challenges, dealing with internal and external teams both locally and globally. Ideally candidates will have strong experience in New Product Development / New Product Introductions in commercial manufacturing, highly regulated environments.
- Quality Operations Manager
Suitably experienced Quality Operations Manager who will primarily establish the Quality function and exercise Stakeholder Management of associated functions to get this new site ready for commercial manufacture and product launch. Strategic planning is required to lead preparation in advance of regulatory audits.
- Project Manager, NPD
required to project manage a number of new product development projects, including; leading cross functional teams; providing input to functional managers on their team and their team members performance. Ideally, this hire will be experienced in managing technical challenges of medical technology applications and new product development, including technical risks.
- R&D Biomedical Engineer
required to lead research of new devices from concept, to design, development in cleanroom, testing through animal trials, re-testing, process improvement, product delivery and into commercial manufacture. The successful candidate will develop clinically relevant specifications, test methods and test fixturing to support design verification/validation activities to satisfy both regulatory and internal requirements.
- R&D Quality Engineer
required to work in R&D and assist in the scale up and commercialization of product, including; new product design, development, introduction validation and improvement of medical products from R&D and assist in the scale up and commercialization of product. The successful candidate will be working on highly visible projects in high-pressure situations with significant opportunity to work with product management, vendor management, partners, and customers.
- NPI Manufacturing Engineer
required to project manage NPI engineering and Process Improvement projects. This role is required to provide professional and technical leadership within Manufacturing Engineering, leading junior engineers and process technicians on product and process issues, driving process improvements continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate with have strong technical hands experience in regulated manufacturing environment and also proven project.
