Project Support Officer
An excellent opportunity for a resilient, energetic, and enthusiastic a self-starter and comfortable working on their own initiative in a supporting role to a Research and Development Program Management Department in a growing start up a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Project Support officer will aid the Program Managers in the day-to-day aspects of the projects and programs specifically.
Reports To: Director, R&D Program Management or Program Manager (TBD)
Department: Program Management
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Project Support officer (PSO) aids the Program Managers in the day-to-day aspects of the projects and programs specifically.
· Administrative Support:
· Support the movement of contracts and associated invoices through the business processes.
· Manage and communicate changes to contracts and be a project support liaison for the external companies which provide services
· Organize, attend, and contribute to relevant project and planning meetings when required to record actions, minutes for the team.
· Supporting the Program Managers to prepare, update project documentation.
· Supporting the Program Management team in compiling actions and issues arising from the various projects and programs
· Follow up with project stakeholders where required supporting the program managers to execute on projects.
· Progress Tracking: Support in tracking progress of projects when required.
· Data Analysis: Collating of project information using tools like Excel etc
· Budget Management: Collate information on costs relating to projects, monitor cost, and provide updates to support the budget process.
· Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with key stakeholders to support on project execution.
· Produce reports as required.
Education and Experience:
BSc or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant project support experience in a regulated environment – experience in pharmaceutical industry specifically in Clinical environment is preferable.
· Can do attitude is a must and ability to work under pressure and manage change and deadlines is key.
· Experience in Pharmaceutical industry is preferable.
· Good communication, management and organizational skills are necessary.
· Capable of managing several different stakeholders.
· Ability to manage different demands in a fast-paced environment.
· Maintain a professional and positive attitude and present clear instruction/direction to team members.
· Resilient, energetic, and enthusiastic" A self-starter and comfortable working on their own initiative.
· Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously under direction and prioritise workload.
